Nice to meet you.
My full name is Margaret, but you can call me Meg.
As an art history graduate turned product designer, I am fascinated by the capacity of design, the built world, and digital interface to shape human behaviors, perceptions, and emotions. By employing thoughtful user research and crafting informed design choices, I seek to harness this power of good design to solve real problems for real people. I believe in designing ethically and empathetically: a well-designed product not only drives business but also prioritizes user needs and wellbeing.
I currently work as Lead Product Designer at Northwestern Mutual and am based in Brooklyn.
Previously, I worked in UX design and strategy at Ceros, a content creation platform for marketers, solving problems for clients across a wide range of industries. Some examples include: Deloitte, McKesson, McAfee, and Bank of the West. Prior to that, I was an Associate UX Designer at Critical Mass.
When I’m not untangling complicated experiences at work, you can find me curled up with a good book, wandering around an art museum, dreaming up my next trip, and experimenting with new recipes in my tiny kitchen.
